Everything about these tables is made for easy access to wash and will not rust. The top opens up to get to all the pluming if you chose to wash all the pipes. Underneath the table just below the head there is a collection chamber where all the juices from the honey and molasses will be collected that way none of these juices will get into the pipes essentially you don’t have to clean any of the pipes just remove the collection chamber clean it and put it back.
